We ship our products primarily through TSRTC Transport Service. Orders are dispatched from our farm and delivered to your nearest TSRTC Bus Stand, from where customers can collect their parcels.
For Retail (Hyderabad) orders, delivery can also be arranged through third-party delivery services based on the delivery location. Customers are requested to mention their location while placing the order. Delivery availability and charges will be confirmed and shared via WhatsApp.
Home delivery via TSRTC Cargo Service Available in select locations and subject to additional charges collected directly by TSRTC personnel
For Local Orders (Hyderabad) Shipping charges will be communicated before order placed.
If any items are not immediately available, we will be packed and dispatched within 3 working days.
Customers will be informed in advance in case of any delay.
Deliveries are handled by transport services and are subject to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, public holidays, or operational delays.
To ensure smooth and timely delivery, customers are requested to provide the following details while placing an order:
For Hyderabad Orders (Home Delivery)
** Google delivery location (Google Maps link)
** Full delivery address
** Contact name and mobile number
(Home delivery availability will be confirmed based on the shared location.)
For TSRTC Cargo Pickup (Self-Pickup)
** Customer name
** Contact number
** Nearest TSRTC bus stand name and address
(Orders will be dispatched to the selected TSRTC bus stand for customer pickup.)
Once the order is dispatched, shipment details will be shared via email or WhatsApp. Customers are requested to wait for confirmation before tracking their order.
Free shipping is applicable only when specifically mentioned under promotional offers.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and transport service availability.
Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days.
