Due to the nature of our products and logistics process, returns are accepted only under specific conditions mentioned below.

Eligibility for Return

A return request will be accepted only if:

• The product received is damaged during transit, or

• The product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered)

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

• Change of mind after delivery

• Incorrect address, contact details, or bus stand details provided by the customer

• Failure to collect the parcel from the TSRTC bus stand

• Products damaged after delivery or mishandling by the customer

Resolution Method

After verification of the return request:

• A replacement or refund will be offered based on the issue and product availability.

Bulk Orders

• Returns are not applicable for bulk or customized orders once confirmed.
