Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been dispatched.

• Once the order is packed, dispatched, or handed over to the transport service, cancellation is not possible.

• To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order details.

Order Cancellation

• If an order is successfully cancelled within the allowed time, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

• Refunds will be issued using the original mode of payment or another agreed method.

No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

• Orders cancelled after dispatch

• Delays caused by transport services, weather conditions, strikes, or other factors beyond our control

• Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

• Failure to collect the parcel from the TSRTC bus stand

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

• After verification, we will offer a suitable resolution such as replacement or partial refund, depending on the issue.

Bulk Orders

• Bulk or customized orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.
